A lot of jobs at Cutter Art require some
form of gluing. We have automatic gluing machines that can apply
and form many different options, all specific to your clients
needs.
. REMOISTENABLE GLUE can be used on all
your perforated mail-out forms. It is also used on envelopes instead
of the "peal and seal". It can also be called lick 'n'
stick.
. GUSSET FOLDERS with the capacity in the
pocket can now be glued automatically, reducing the turn around
time dramatically! Please note the different position of the glue
flap, if you are not sure please contact the Design department.
. REMOVEABLE GLUE - We have
now sourced a glue that can be used to apply pens to brochures,
business cards to books, items can then be removed and used! Fantastic!

. STRAIGHT LINE GLUING is used on most
jobs. We can use either hot or cold glue, depending on the type
of stock and finish, and our hot glue WILL stick to your laminated
jobs.
Any job that can't be glued on one of our
machines will be completed in no time by our team of finishers.

Mounted onto a Thicker Board?
Easy! We can mount your printed sheets
onto solid board, corrugated board or just back to back.
When mounting onto a thick board, either
solid or corrugated, you need to print on a minimum of 170gsm.
You will get a better finish to your job if you have the printed
sheets laminated or varnished before we mount. Also, printed sheets
must be supplied over-sized, once mounted we then trim your job
to the correct finished size.
Keep in mind our maximum mounting sheet
size is 800 x 1200mm and our maximum die cutting sheet size is
1020 x 760mm.
